How to use it each week (simple process)

  • Update the Weekly Scorecard with actuals and last week’s actuals before the meeting.
  • Review status. IDS only the reds and persistent yellows.
  • Capture commitments with owners and due dates.
  • Log decisions so they stick.
  • Remove drag. Monthly you’ll run Stop, Start, Keep to remove drag.
  • Evolve as you grow. Keep your cadence and agendas current as the business evolves.
